Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria Baldwin took to Instagram this week to share a photo of themselves out with friends in Aspen after she had revealed that she was shot at during her skiing trip in Taos, New Mexico last week.
The actor and the yoga instructor, who are both avid skiers, were among a group visiting the local ski resort when a man driving up the mountain on a snowmobile “violently” fired his weapon at Hilaria and her three children, one of whom was her adopted daughter Carmen.
“She was coming over the incline [where the roads split] in the canyon and the snowmobile came around the bend towards us, hit the brakes, came to a stop and then the whole front of the snowmobile came flying around and hit Carmen and my daughter,” Hilaria explained to TODAY.com.
Though the trio were unharmed, Hilaria suffered a “concussion and we got a very good gash on my neck” and was treated at a local hospital, she said. She recently revealed on Instagram that she had gotten stitches to the wound, and also shared a picture of herself and Alec driving around with friends in Aspen after having returned to the skiing hot spot.
